One HM militant Ghulam Mohammad Mir @ Arif S/o Mohd Jamal Mir R/o Panzen (A) Kangan Ganderbal while roaming in suspicious condition was arrested apprehended by police station Ram Munshi Bagh at Sonwar during Naka checking. One Chinese grenade has been recovered from his possession. Police has registered a case in this regard.
One person died while another one was injured in two different road traffic accidents across Kashmir Valley.
A Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK05-B/1332 hit one pedestrian namely Ghulam Qadir Bhat S/o Assadullah R/o Mughal Pora Saloosa at Patkhah Bazar Baramulla , resulting in his on spot death. Police has registered a case in this regard.
A passenger vehicle bearing registration number JK01-D/2725 hit and injured a lady Mst. Khadija W/o Late Mohammad Sadiq R/o Kralyar at Jogi Lanker near Vishwa Barti College Rainawari, Srinagar.
